Lybrel is the first and only drug of its genre to get approval from FDA. It comes in a 28 days pack. Lower dosage of sex hormones like estrogen and progesterone are the major components of this drug. It is capable of offering you required relief from unwanted pregnancy and painful monthly period.

However, Lybrel is not completely free from side effects. Women using this pregnancy prevention drug might experience alteration in the size of their breast. It might get tender or become enlarged compared to the normal size. Similarly, it has both positive and negative impact on the acne level. While some experience lower acnes after consumption, in some cases acne occurrence is aggravated.

 Women using Lybrel might witness nausea and vomiting. Bloating and alteration in sexual desire are also marked. Blood clot might appear at lung causing mild chest pain. Change in normal vision is also marked in some cases.  Women using Lybrel can also experience some symptoms of heart stroke like weakness, change in speech and severe headache.  High blood pressure and cholesterol level are also associated with this birth control drugs.
