The first 21 tablets contain the active ingredients and last 7 tablets do not contain any active ingredient. Do not give any gap between switching the packs. If your one pack is finished, use another pack the very next day onwards. Always try to keep one pack in hand. Start taking this medication from the first day of your period or you can start taking this medication on the first Sunday of your period. If you are starting this medication from the first day of your period you will not require any backup contraceptives such as condoms.

If you start the medication from the fist Sunday you will require a backup contraceptive for the first week of your period. Do not miss any dosage of this medication.
